Beginner to Advanced moves

All beginners, for the upper body moves, start on their knees with their hips right above their knees (first picture). Keep your hips above your knees as you slide the XDriffts across the floor and lower your torso. We recommend starting by using one XDrifft at a time to build strength, balance and coordination before you start using two XDriffts.  Slowly work your way to the intermediate level by bringing your hips forward (second picture) as you lower your torso and slide the XDrifft across the floor. As you build your core strength and stability, move to the advanced level on your toes.

Sports Moves for Athletes

XDrifft elevates Sport Performance Training to a New Dimension by allowing athletes to "safely perform sport specific moves" while firing their core at all times and keeping the pressure off the joints involved in the movement. The handle provides full control of the XDrifft so the athlete can fully extend their arm out and return to the starting position without having pain in the wrist, elbow or shoulder.  The athlete can "safely work in a full range of motion" and mimic reaching, pulling and twisting from multiple directions just like in a game situation. With XDrifft you can train the same way you play by recruiting the muscle groups involved in your sport, YOU TRAIN LIKE YOU PLAY
