TWO POSITION HANDLE The XDrifft handle is designed for use with your hands in the center position. To use the XDrifft in the foot position, simply snap the latches on each side, rotate the handle, and the handle will now be offset to allow you to place the ball of your foot in the center of the XDrifft. |

PUSH/PULL Make sure you maintain steady pressure on both XDriffts during all training moves. For example, when doing a one arm fly, after you have extended your working arm, finish the move by PULLING IN the extended arm, while PUSHING UP with your bent arm. We call this the "PUSH/PULL". |

PROPER HAND POSITION Make sure you grip the XDrifft in the center of the handle, keeping your wrist above the handle at all times. When you reach out, do not allow your wrist to drop below the handle (called UNDER ROTATING). Also avoid rotating your hand all the way over the handle as this creates an OVER ROTATION. Allowing your wrist to OVER ROTATE or UNDER ROTATE, puts your joint in a weakened position thereby reducing power. |
